1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to CICO ("App," "we," "our," or "us"). By downloading, installing, or using our mobile application, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Subscription Terms

2.1 Auto-Renewable Subscription Details

  • CICO Premium is an auto-renewable subscription service
  • Subscription includes:
    • Join & Create Unlimited Groups
    • Custom Seasons
    • Advanced Progress Analytics
    • Late Check-Ins
    • Advanced Notifications
    • Ad-Free Experience
    • Set+Rep Counter
  • 30-day free trial available for new subscribers

2.2 Billing and Cancellation

  • Payment will be charged to your App Store/Google Play Account at confirmation of purchase
  • Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period
  • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period
  • You can manage and cancel your subscription by going to your account settings in the App Store/Google Play Store
  • Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when purchasing a subscription
  • No refunds for partial subscription periods

3. User Eligibility and Account

3.1 Eligibility Requirements

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use CICO
  • If under 18, you need parent/guardian consent
  • You must provide accurate registration information
  • You are responsible for maintaining account security

3.2 Account Responsibilities

  • Keep login credentials confidential
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
  • One account per person
  • Account sharing is prohibited

4. Acceptable Use Policy

4.1 Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any illegal purpose
  • Post inappropriate or offensive content
  • Harass or bully other users
  • Attempt to access other users' accounts
  • Reverse engineer or modify the App
  • Use automated systems to access the App

5. User Content

5.1 Content Ownership

  • You retain rights to content you create
  • You grant us license to use your content for App functionality
  • You are responsible for your content

5.2 Content Guidelines

All content must:

  • Be appropriate for all ages
  • Respect others' privacy
  • Not violate any laws or rights
  • Not contain harmful code or malware

6. Intellectual Property Rights

  • The App and its content are protected by copyright and other laws
  • Our trademarks and branding may not be used without permission
  • You may not copy or distribute App content

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

  • Error-free operation
  • Fitness results
  • Accuracy of all content

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • We are not liable for any indirect damages
  • We are not responsible for fitness-related injuries
  • Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the subscription

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for:

  • Terms violation
  • Fraudulent activity
  • Extended inactivity
  • Non-payment

11. Changes to Terms

  • We may modify these terms at any time
  • Changes will be effective upon posting
  • Continued use constitutes acceptance
  • Major changes will be notified via email
